Every single transfer, be it taxi, boat, plane or bus, was scheduled and always arrived in time so we never had any stress travelling between the numerous islands we visited. Honey was amazing collating the itinerary of the places we suggested we wanted to visit. The entire team were supportive and great fun! Last year we encountered typhoons and the itinerary was immediately changed to avoid troubled areas, likewise this time when our return flights were cancelled by air Qatar, they immediately responded to our request to stay on extra days and organised the same hotel at a perfect price. Thank you all girls so much for your attention to detail and lovely to meet up with Honey and Clio and Belle in Davao. We continue to recommend Vio to anyone we meet. The Philippines is just the most amazing diverse and beautiful country which welcomes tourists without being over crowded and still has a unique charm: we are already planning on returning in October hopefully with family. This local Canadian agent was awful but we got through it. Upon our arrival in Japan, Vio Travel took responsibility as the regional contact for our scheduled transportation, accommodations and activities. Vio Travel was incredible. They made contact the day before each activity to re-confirm details and provide digital copies of tickets or maps. They were fast to respond to questions, including when a typhoon forced the cancellation of all train service. They rebooked our train and hotels so we could focus on staying safe. I am now planning another vacation except I am going directly to Vio Travel.
